Her unique High Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty with Circumferential Liposuction includes both Vaser Liposelection as well as Renuvion skin tightening for the posterior trunk and flanks to deliver exceptional circumferential trunk results in a single surgical treatment. Our Vaser Liposelection with either Renuvion or BodyTite (for skin tightening) with the addition of post-operative EMSCULPT NEO + Edge to that surgical result can even allow some patients to avoid a more extensive body lift altogether. Lastly, patients who might have in the past required extensive body lifts after weight loss may now be able to choose a modified body lift with fewer incisions by using Renuvion or BodyTite in conjunction with liposuction by Vaser and post-operative Vaser Shape or Exilis.
Abdominoplasty
As opposed to liposuction performed to remove only unwanted fat from relatively skin-tight abdomens, tummies with unwanted fat, stretched muscles or loose skin require some form of abdominoplasty, usually in conjunction with liposuction for best results. Liposuction alone does not tighten loose skin, but after removing excess skin and fat by abdominoplasty and after tightening stretched muscles, liposuction can be added to liposculpt the final result.
VASER 2.4 LIPOSUCTION
A suction-assisted outpatient lipectomy removes unwanted fat from diet- and exercise-resistant areas like hips, arms, inner and outer thighs and knees, abdomen or flanks. Short, inconspicuous scars are made in the skin's natural folds. Ultrasound is used to emulsify fat which is then gently suctioned out. Ultrasound allows more fat to be removed more safely and with less blood loss, bruising and recovery compared to older, traditional liposuction techniques. Ultrasound provides less trauma to tissue while its heat facilitates tightening of overlying skin.
Arm Lift
An arm lift or brachioplasty is a surgical procedure that reduces excess sagging and drooping skin. It tightens and smooths the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm and reduces localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region.
Thigh Lift

Renuvion

BodyTite
BodyTite is a safe, gentle and effective minimally invasive outpatient procedure that tightens skin (with or without liposuction) and uses radiofrequency heat to tighten the overlying skin. BodyTite is a great solution for less invasive skin tightening with very short scars and recovery compared to body lift surgeries. Our Treatments
Our nonsurgical body sculpting treatments use different forms of energy to target and break down stubborn fat cells. Cosmetic Injectables and Cellulite
Body contouring isn’t just limited to surgical and nonsurgical devices and techniques.
For natural methods, we use collagen-building cosmetic injectables like Bellafill® and Sculptra® to help patients contour and fill different areas. We perform the Bella Booty treatment using Bellafill®, an injectable with an active ingredient that stimulates natural collagen production to add natural volume to the buttocks, reduce cellulite and tighten the skin. After an initial series of injections, results appear gradually in the weeks following treatment.
We also use Sculptra®, another collagen-stimulating injectable, to add volume to different body areas while also improving the appearance of crepey skin and correcting skin laxity on the back of the hands, the anterior knees and the upper inner arms.
