Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is an intimate surgical procedure that helps women improve the appearance of their labia. Dr. Samuels uses specialized surgical techniques that are different from all other providers who do cosmetic gynecology.
Dr. Samuels’ labiaplasty procedures offer the most concealed incisions, optimal color match and quick one-week recovery. Dr. Samuels’s technique is called the extended wedge resection technique; it corrects the redundant clitoral hood as well as redundant labia minora.
Labiaplasty can also be performed on the redundant labia majora tissue to correct redundancy and/or atrophy and wrinkling. Since this incision is necessarily more visible, vaginal rejuvenation energy devices are chosen as surgical alternatives for tightening the labia majora and correcting hyperpigmentation which can occur there.
Labial Puff
Labial Puff is a minimally invasive vaginal rejuvenation procedure in which a fat transfer or dermal fillers to the labia help women improve the area's aesthetics. A fat transfer removes unwanted fat cells from one area of the body through liposuction, prepares them in an injectable form and then administers them to the labia to improve overall volume. We may also use dermal fillers to replicate this procedure.
AVIVA Skin Tightening
AVIVA is a nonsurgical labiaplasty alternative that can help tighten and tone the labia without surgery. The device can also help resolve vaginal dryness, improve stimulation and sexual function, and reverse the vaginal aging process. Patients can resume normal daily activities immediately following treatment and generally see results within the first few months.
ACCUTITE
This innovative treatment is particularly effective for refining facial features and addressing sagging skin in more delicate areas such as the lower face, mons pubis and labia majora. Accutite is a great way to tighten skin in these areas for a more youthful and refreshed appearance, and can also be combined with liposuction of the mons or with the labial puff procedure for the labia majora.
vFit® Plus
vFit® Plus is an at-home device that promotes pelvic floor and vaginal health. It's an effective option for women in the postpartum, perimenopausal or postmenopausal stage of life. No hormones are used and the treatment is completely non-invasive. vFit Plus can be used in the comfort of your home.

Ultra Femme 360™ delivers a non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation treatment using radiofrequency to rejuvenate the vaginal tissue, remodel and tighten the labial tissues, restore lubrication and tone, treat stress urinary incontinence and improve female sexual function. It can improve sexual sensation, tighten the tissue, treat urinary continence and boost confidence through a quick, eight-minute treatment.
Votiva Forma V
Votiva Forma V uses radiofrequency energy to improve the elasticity of the labia, increase blood flow and sensitivity, and improve sexual interest. It's an effective option for women who have experienced weakened vaginal muscles, different types of sexual dysfunction or symptoms resulting from vaginal childbirth, the aging process and chemotherapy. The procedure is comfortable and most patients can achieve their desired results after three treatments.
These options can be used in cancer survivors, especially in women who have had hormonally sensitive cancers treated with anti-estrogen therapies and chemo.

Morpheus8 V is a microneedling device specifically tailored to treat the vaginal area. VTone
VTone uses electrical muscle stimulation to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and tighten vaginal muscles. EMSELLA®
EMSELLA® is a non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation treatment that treats the five different types of urinary incontinence while addressing the pelvic floor muscles to retrain and lift them. This device pairs well with EMSCULPT® NEO to perform what our office calls core-to-floor therapy.
Clinically Proven Results
Our office performed a clinical trial of postpartum patients for this combination treatment; all patients reported better control of stress urinary incontinence and improved core strength, which helped during workouts and in daily life.
Similar studies performed on older women revealed that this treatment significantly improved balance and provided the core strength necessary to rise from a chair or move from a lying to a seated position. It also promoted patient gait and back strength.
A Treatment That Promotes Sexual Health and Pelvic Floor Strength
We performed two EMSELLA® published clinical trials. The first trial proved treatment efficacy of all types of urinary incontinence and as an option for patients who want to improve general vaginal lubrication. The second trial revealed how the device improved female sexual function. EMSELLA® is also an effective treatment option for males with ED and post-prostatic surgery incontinence.
